2017-18. Stripes added to the bottom of the jersey. Block M removed from the shoulders. Pants change to a new design, similar to the New York Rangers.

Nike takes over once again. Returning to a classic design.

2016-17. Throwback uniforms celebrating the 1996 National Championship team.

2014-16. The stripes change to match the other two uniforms.

2013-14 For the Big Ten Hockey Conference's inagural season, Michigan returns to a classic look.

2013. The maize socks to match the jersey did not arrive in time. So the socks from last seasons alternate are used for the first few games.

2012-13. The design from the Big Chill returns for one season with socks to match it. Helmet numbers are added.

2011-2013. This is the 1970's fauxback alternate worn for two seasons, and in the outdoor games at Comerica Park. It had a blue counterpart to match.

2011-12. The block M returns on the chest, with a matching one on the shoulders.

New material is used for the jerseys and socks. Jerseys are now less shiny and satin. Pant stripes added.

2010-11. Throwback design created by Adidas for The Big Chill at the Big House. Adidas even brings back their fromer logo. Michigan beat their rival the Michigan State Spartans 5-0.

2008-10. Adidas takes over for Michigan in the fall of 2008. The maize uniform is left unchanged.

2007-08. The seal is removed from the shoulders in favor of a Block M with the word "Michigan," in front of a pair of crossed hockey sticks.

2006-07. "Michigan" written diagonally replaces the block M. Also the collars change.

2004-2006. A block M replaces the script "Michigan."

2003-2004. Striping is changed, and upper stripes are scrapped. "Michigan" script returns. Among other changes.

1999-2003. New striping is added in a complete overhaul of the uniform set.

1997-1999. Shoulder logo is altered slightly.
